Booking Policy
All treatments up to the value of £99 will incur a booking
fee of £10 to be paid at time of booking which, is
non-refundable. This will be deducted from your bill once
your appointment has been taken.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment,
you must inform us by telephone/email with a minimum of 48
hours notice. If you fail to allow the aforementioned
notice period, the booking fee will be payable again for any
future bookings.
If you are within the 48 hour notice period, the fee will be
transferred to your next appointment providing it is made
within the following 2 weeks.

Treatments Exceeding £100
For any treatment exceeding £100 in value or any group
bookings, a fee of £40 will be required and under the same
terms as above relating to cancellations and bookings.
Please note these treatments cannot be made online and
must be booked via direct contact with our salon.

Gel Treatments
When making an appointment for Gel nail treatments,
please advise our staff upon booking should a soak off be
required as this elongates the appointment.
Please note, if you are a first time client and a soak off is​
required, there will be an additional charge made to any
subsequent nail treatment.
For a regular soak off, and where our Gels were applied this charge will not apply.
All other Gel soak offs will be chargeable.

Age Restrictions
No beauty treatments can be carried out on persons under
the age of 16 unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Regretfully, this does not include any tinting services as our product manufactures stipulate that all persons must be aged 16 or over.

Tinting Treatments
All tinting treatments including Lash Lifts, Beautiful Brows
etc will require a patch test a minimum of 24 hours prior to
the treatment to ensure no allergic reactions to our products.

Client Possessions In Salon
No responsibility is taken for client possessions left
unattended in salon.
​
Lash Lift Treatment
Lash Lift treatments require no water interaction on the
lashes within 24 hours of the treatment being administered.
This includes showers, facials and exercise.
